Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation and rescheduling. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment price.
Arrival
We ask that you arrive at the earliest 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out necessary paperwork. The door will be locked when in session, and reopened 10 minutes before service start time.
Age Requirements
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and over the age of 12 to receive a massage. Children must not be left unattended at the office. If a minor is interested in a massage a legal guardian must be in the same room and the service will be 30-60 minutes only. Failure to comply will result in cancellation upon arrival.
