Mountain Time Spa officially opened November 2021 with the vision of creating a place to come to when you are looking for a break, a moment of calm, or to relax after exploring the beautiful White Mountain Region. Mountain Time was originally located in Lincoln as a full spa in Lincoln and has now downsized to a massage office in Campton with the hope to expand again in the future. The products used during services are friendly to the environment as well as your skin. Our mission is to provide quality services, and to help each client achieve their wellness goals. Sara Bragdon LMT
Sara has been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. She grew up and went to school in New Hampshire. She has completed extensive continuing education in massage therapy including courses in Japanese Face Lift Massage, Acupressure, Scar Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Anti-anxiety massage, Reiki, and aromatherapy. Sara has worked in upscale spas for most of her career. Her favorite modalities are Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, and CBD Deep Tissue Massage
