Mountain Time Spa officially opened November 2021 with the vision of creating a place to come to when you are looking for a break, a moment of calm, or to relax after exploring the beautiful White Mountain Region. Our products used during our services are friendly to the environment as well as your skin. Our mission is to provide quality services, and to help each client achieve their wellness goals. We are a small spa with a wide variety of treatments.
Who Are We?
Sara Bragdon LMT
Sara has been a licensed massage therapist since November 2013. She grew up and went to school in New Hampshire. She has completed extensive continuing education in massage therapy including courses in Japanese Face Lift Massage, Acupressure, Scar Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Anti-anxiety massage, and aromatherapy. Sara has worked in upscale spas for most of her career. Her favorite modalities are Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, and CBD Deep Tissue Massage.
Joanna Stamatakos LMT, Nail Technician, & Esthetician
Joanna grew up in Cambridge, MA and completed her training in massage therapy in 2007. She spent the first half of her career in sports massage, working in private practice and for the Boston College Eagles. She has since moved to spa massage and blends Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hawaiian styles customized for each client. Joanna has been a Licensed Nail Tech & Spray Tan Tech since December 2020 and has 300 hours of esthetics training, and will be offering facials and waxing in the future.
Catherine Ketchum LMT
Catherine has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011, and has worked in various high end spas around New England throughout her career. She enjoys blending a mix of modalities to meet every clients individual needs, whether it be relaxation or targeted deep work. She believes being present and tuned into her clients, is the best gift she can give as a practitioner.
Rebecca Chappel LMT
Rebecca received her Massage Therapist License in 2023, and completed her externship hours at Mountain Time Spa. She attended and completed the 750 hour massage therapist certification program at the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in Hudson, NH where she received training in Swedish technique, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Circulatory Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Low-Impact and Sports Massage. She is looking forward to furthering her education in the area of Myofacial Release Therapy. Her favorite modalities are Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Strain / Counter-strain techniques.
